The apartment we stayed in was on the 0 floor but it wasn't a problem, it was big enough and there was everything we could need: AC, full kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine... Marina was a nice host and helped with everything we had. In general, we are satisfied and recommend the place.
**The improvement I would suggest to the place is to renew the towels which were kinda old and leave more toilet paper at the apartment.

Moi et ma compagne avons été ravis de notre séjour , tout était parfait
Communication très rapide de la part de la propriétaire lorsque nous avion sommes des questions .
Appartement à proximité de tout que ce soit attraction , balade nocturne ou restaurants .
Vu sur piscine , résidence très calme .
Rien à redire j’en conseille fortement

Bellissima Vacanza, appartamento totalmente autonomo e completo di tutto, e oltre ad essere autonomi la struttura comprendeva l'accesso alla piscina, bellissima direi, nella struttura c'era veramente tutto, negozi, distributori di sigarette, atm per prelevare denaro contante, possibilità di noleggio auto...collegata benissimo poi con i punti focali di Las Americas, e per chi ancora non fosse convinto, di fronte ci sono le fermate autobus che funzionano in maniera eccelsa e anche i taxi, supermercati e qualsiasi cosa di cui si abbia bisogno, quindi direi ottimo tutto anche il prezzo! Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi!

Начну с того , что нас лично встретила Марина и показала весь комплекс и рассказала все по содержимому аппартоментов. В этой компактной квартире есть все необходимое: кухня, микроволновка, кофеварка, чайник, стиральная машина, фен.
Потрясающий вид с большого балкона и 30 метров до шикарного пляжа! Внизу ресторан, но он закрывался в 23.00 , так что после этого времени было уже тихо. Нам все понравтлось все! Отдельно благодарим Марину за внимание и за помощь в продлении позднего выезда!🌹🌹🌹

The complex and location are absolutely amazinggg. The outdoor pool is very beautiful and Las Vistas beach is the best in Tenerife from my point of view. Single minus is the door's lock from the balcony, it is very insecure 🙁
The best without this aspect

Fabulous apartment it was modern and immaculate with everything you need to make travelling lighter. This is the 3rd time I've booked with this company and Marine was very helpful and friendly when we arrived.
I'll definitely be booking with them again 👌🥰

Marina was the best help here at my stay, she really helped me out a lot even after losing personal belongings she helped me out and I got them back
